When she is able to carve out some free time in her uber busy schedule, Elizabeth likes to indulge her passion for food, travel, and volunteerism among other loves. |

After University, like most young New Zealanders, Rebecca headed overseas to seek new experiences and spent six years based in the United Kingdom, predominantly in hospitality management. Following her return to New Zealand, she worked in hospitality and telecommunications industries before finding her passion for real estate and becoming a top selling agent on Kapiti Coast of New Zealand helping hundreds of families with their real estate needs over an eight year period. Following a vacation to the States, where Rebecca met her now husband, Rebecca immigrated and has made Maryland her home for the last five years. After serving as Rooms Division manager at Antrim 1844, Rebecca joined the Krauss team in 2011, excited to return to the world of real estate.As the main point of contact in the Krauss office and a licensed Realtor, Rebecca manages Heidi's day to day and serves as a liaison, coordinating our high energy office. |

Born and raised in Chicago as the youngest of five, Ginny went on to attend North Eastern University of Illinois. Five years of experience in the hotel industry made her the perfect fit for the client centered Krauss team. Since starting with Krauss in 2008, Ginny has excelled at her position as property coordinator and brought marketing to a whole new level. While Ginny is busy with both her career and raising her 6 year old son, she manages to find time to cheer on her hometown Bears and travel with her family. While continuing her real estate career, Ginny hopes to one day find the time to pen the novel she has always wanted to write. |

As a 2006 graduate of Clemson University, Heather used her degree in graphic communications to work as an art director for a children's book company in Charleston, SC. But having grown up in Baltimore, Heather felt the draw to come back when it was time to get married and raise a family. She joined the Krauss team in 2009 as an agent and quickly developed a large and diverse clientele. Heather seamlessly melds her demanding career with raising her one year old daughter while still indulging in her love of travel. |

Relief and rescue have been felt by numerous souls both two and four legged as a result of Michelle's outreach activities.A graduate of Towson University with a degree in sociology with a concentration in anthropology, Michelle has settled on a farm in the Western Run Valley where she is raising an 8 year old daughter and a 10 year old son, as well as a menagerie of rescued animals. Michelle is now excited to be a part of the Krauss team working as a client concierge as well as heading up the lifestyle portion of the Krauss website. |

Riding since the age of 6, Holly became the number one girl's polo player in the country while attending Garrison Forest. The mother of a 9 year old son and a 6 year old boy and girl that she is raising in the Western Run valley, Holly still finds the time to ride and show horses with her daughter.A Boston University graduate in hotel and restaurant management, Holly managed a Starbucks before entering real estate in 1999. Her career has spanned all aspects of the real estate world, from transaction coordinator to agent extraordinaire. |

A member of the Krauss weekend administration staff since 2010, Jeremy joined the ranks of weekday staff in September 2012 as an intern while he pursued his degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing at Towson University. Upon graduating in December 2012, he returned to work full time at Krauss as a property coordinator. When he is not busy with his new full time career, Jeremy enjoys skiing, watching professional sports, and attending concerts. |
